Hi everybody,

This mail is probably irrelevant for most of you, but I have thought hard and 
could not come up with any better way to address the problem. Apologies in 
advance.

The thing is that I have suffered from a mail outage for a week. I have not 
been able read any mail at all since last thursday. Yesterday I got the feed 
back but all mails between friday and very early monday were missing.

So if anybody has sent anything important to me during this period, please 
resend it.  I would not normally send out anything like this, but since I have 
been in a number of important exchanges before the outage, including GSoC 
projects I thought I'd make a very short exception this time.  Now I also have 
to wade through a few thousand mails to see if there is anything urgent in 
that flood or if it's just the normal mailing list traffic.
