changes:
* renamed the Plugins class to PluginInfo
* changed the PluginList and ChangedPluginList from typedefs to real class's to add \
                some functionality
* moved Plugins, PluginInfo, PluginList and ChangedPluginList to pluginglobal.h
* added some forward declares in ksim.h ksimview.h and ksimpref.h to "fix" the \
problem of changing one file (eg pluginloader.h) causing a bunch of new files to be \
recompiled
