If noatun is loading a library dynamically, and if that library contains aRts
implementations registered with REGISTER_IMPLEMENTATION, they will not be
seen. Probably the right way to fix this would be to make noatun tell libmcop

* I am loading a plugin now
* I am done loading a plugin now

so that libmcop could call the StartupClasses loaded with the plugin. As a
workround, we now link libartsmodules explicitely, to avoid the problem for
that library.
