Log Message:
Piccy down side of K menu. Ok, my gfx aren't great and the pic's too
big, but we just need an artist to make us a nice replacement.

I've made this default to 'on' - because I think it's not really very
obtrusive and it looks good. This is up for discussion, though.

To make your own side-image-thing, just create two pics with the same
width and put them in kicker/pics/ - if you call them kside.png and
kside_tile.png, they will be picked up automatically. Otherwise, you'll
have to use config keys to say what the filenames are. See k_mnu.cpp,
as I can't remember the key names.

kside.png is placed at the bottom, kside_tile.png is tiled above it
up to the top of the menu (the frame). You can make the pics whatever
size you like, so long as they're the same width. If they're different
widths, you'll just have no pixmaps as they'll be ignored.

There's also a checkbox in kcontrol so no-one can complain there's
no config option.
