changes:
* removed tons of "warning: deprecated conversion from string constant to `char *'" \
                messages during compilation (hope this doesnt break anything)
* fixed the text vanishing on the lcd channel when KWinTV loses its focus
* added wheelmouse support to channel hop when scrolling the mouse
* a few other small changes
