- new psselect filter (will be used later to implement generic
  page selection)
- improved filter mechanism:
	. input/output type added
	. filter chain checking based on types
  (first step toward automatic filtering)
- improved filter GUI: added info widget in "filters" tab of
  printer properties dialog
