This is the start of the project publishing aspect of KDevelop.  This module will \
enable developers to package there project and get it on the web.  It will aid in the \
creation of source dists, RPMs (and hopefully debian packages) and simple web page \
creation.  This should allow developers a fast and consistant way to get new KDE \
software into circulation.
