Log Message:
Backported Qt3's QScrollView. Fixes the flickering scrollbars and an
endless loop that was quite easy to trigger. I think QTextEdit is now
working completely as it should :-)

And yeah, I'm going to backport the whole Qt3 if trolltech is waiting
long enough ;)
