Don't blindly prepend http:// if the URL doesn't start with that, but only
if no protocol is given at all. This allows for scripts to return e.g.
ftp://proxy.internalnet:2121 for a real FTP proxy. Okayed by Dawit.
Also added a kdWarning()^H7025) in case the script returns "SOCKS ..." and
a FIXME to implement support for that. Currently just returns "DIRECT" in
that case (= don't use a proxy)
