Log Message:
Removed KSASL library as it is no longer Open Source.  Technically, it
never *was* Open Source since it didn't have a license when it was
first committed... but we were lax in checking.  The primary author
(Alex Zepeda) has since assigned a "home-grown" license to this
library which isn't Open Source and hence cannot be included in the
KDE libraries.

These files are removed with the permission of Alex after over a
month's worth of emails couldn't resolve this to everybody's mutual
satisfaction.
