 X-KDE-StartupNotify is a key I agreed on recently and nobody objected :). 
There's no MapNotify in the .desktop standard, and there's also no standard 
for app startup notification, it's only from the older implementation and it 
was missing the X-KDE- prefix because Rik forgot about it. And 
X-KDE-StartupNotify and MapNotify keys don't have the same meaning, see 
kdelibs/kdecore/README.kstartupinfo .
