Removing Pixie, since Waldo, the KDE release maintainer, is being an arse.

I was actually going to keep this in CVS since there was never really any 
arguments about it, and the thumbnail viewer is the fastest at loading 
persistant thumbnails out there, but if people are going to be an ass then
your stuck with KView for the base packages.
