The "normal" previews are listes in the Previews= line with the names of 
their .desktop files. However, sound preview doesn't have a .desktop file and 
is just listed as audio/ which I chose because a) it's an allusion to the 
MIME type audio/* and b) the slash makes it impossible to clash with a 
.desktop file for the other previews as filenames contain no slashes.
So yes, it is in the Previews= line as audio/
