ok, time for some new goodies >;->

* ignored articles are now treated as read
* added a icon for ignored threads
* ensure that the current list view item is visible
  after "expand/collapse all threads"
* improved "next unread" a bit, it doesn't accidently open
  threads without unread articles now.

GUI: added a new tab to the configuration dialog:
     Reading News -> Navigation with the following
     new options:

* emulate KMail keyboard handling
* switch to next group after "mark all thread"
* close thread after "mark thread as read"
* go to next unread thread after "mark thread as read"
* close thread after "ignore thread"
* go to next unread thread after "ignore thread"

all of by default.
