Log Message:
KLauncher now supports app startup notification.
Also wiped out that simple-minded approach for setting DISPLAY variable
for multihead by setting DISPLAY by one DCOP call and starting the app
by another DCOP call. Such env. vars are now sent in the request for
starting new app.
