Please check if the directory really contains anything anymore. In case of 
cssvalidator and htmlvalidator there's nothing in it (and CVS doesn't remove 
the dirs, at least not if there's still a Makefile.in or whatever in it). Use 
kdesdk/scripts/pruneemptydirs to rm -rf such directories.
