- hacked a copied KCharsets to work without QFontDatabase on Qt/Embedded
  (as there all fonts are unicode)
  it's used automatically at compile time if no fontdatabase is available 
  and the windowing system is qt/e . otherwise we just #include the old
  kcharsets.cpp
  However khtml still uses qfontdatabase internally, so we can't exclude
  it from qt config, yet, but Dirk said there might be ways.... :)
