Restoring const-ness of struct addrinfo* hint in kde_getaddrinfo so that 
the kdelibs compile again (gcc2.95.4, Linux/PPC). The normal getaddrinfo 
has this param as const, and it needs to be as used in 
KExtendedSocket::doLookup. (and it was prior to thiago's last change)

If the change to non-const was important, this client code needs to be 
reworked too.
