Log Message:
GUI: Made "Insert Picture Inline" create a floating picture frameset.
KWTextImage (the floating picture without a frame around it) will be removed
in the long run, then (still need to convert loading).

Fixed initial size of the picture (in both cases, floating and non-floating).
