Wow, major update

* Swallowing done (via dcop and other _hacks_)
* therefore, dcop iface for basic getWindowId() call done
* Fixing my GetX11WindowId.diff to remove some winuser.h (wine interna) deps
* Switched to KParts::Factory instead of KLibFactory
* Less debug output
* ActiveXPlugin launches activexproxy via KProcess...
