A wrong value in "PluralForms" in kdelibs.po prevented KDE from starting.
This should of course not happen.

I'm not sure that there are two plural forms in Dutch, but it's better
than a value that prevents the users from logging in... ;-) 

I'll fix that in Korea	n and Continental Chinese too.
