- call the 'empty' m_part->processObjectRequest in the error case in 
  khtmlrun
- commented out suspicious '!inherits('KHTMLRun')' stuff. can't see how
  that worked :}
- increased the number of io tasks to 4
- got rid of setImageMode()/imageMode() in htmlview and replaced it with
  a smarter detection based on the urlarg's serviceType field
- set the urlargs's servicetype in View::openURL
- added paranoia history-buffer detach call in ::goHistory
- commented out init_libkhtml registration. this should not be needed
  anymore and would just mean asking for trouble

  -> finally the crash on www.dilbert.com is fixed :-)
