Log Message:
- major fixes to get it back up running with kdelibs. Quite a lot of stuff
  changed in kdelibs, which needed reimplementation and fixing here:
  - splitted KConfig into backend and frontend, to make it possible to
    implement SlaveBase::config()
  - added the KOSSL singleton from kdelibs/kssl, with the difference that
    it calls the SSL methods directly (we certainly don't want to dlopen
    openssl and friends in konq/e) 
  - some more API fixes to catch up with stuff that has changed in kdelibs
    (KProtocolManager, kapp)
