Makefile.am:
  srcdir!=builddir fixes
  don't build vfte by default (-ltermcap hardcoded (-lncurses would be possible),
  but we don't test which is available)
  define KFTE_CONFIG_FILE to point to the installed fte-new.cnf
fte.cpp: make use of the last one for the additional searched places for
  config files, so first time users aren't disappointed by that pesky
  "no config file found, use -C" ;)
