Log Message:
GUI: added configurable background color - especially usefull for fullscreen \
slideshows

- the popupmenu now appears anywhere on the scrollview (not only on the picture)

- tweaked the "resize window to fit image" function
  - remaining problem: the HighColor Style returns a toolBar()->height() that is one
    to less. I didn't test all styles, but that's the only one I had a problem with.
    Putting a "height() + 1" would break the other styles.
    Also I couldn't find out how to test for a "Flat" Toolbar. The compiler always
    complained if I used it (it's commented out now)

- the resize calls now are used anywhere the picture changes, so that the window \
always  fits the image

- if the user selects "Resize Image" everytime the window size changes the image will
  be resized (Problem: too slow - at least here)

- in fullscreen mode the images are centered now: with a black background it feels \
like  a real slideshow

- made slideshow looping the default
