Log Message:
- Various tiny spelling and indentation fixes as usual but this commit also
  introduced an extra layer in KNewsTicker's class hierarchy: libxmlnewsaccess.
  This library represents a generic (i.e. non-KNewsTicker-specific) RDF and
  RSS file parser and is currently used by the KPropsDlgPlugin and the KControl
  module.
  The old news source engine (in newssource.[h|cpp]) now inherits XMLNewsSource
  and adds the KNewsTicker-specific features (such as limiting the number of
  articles per news source or a flag for [un-]read articles).
  I also introduced an(other?) odd bug: querying the news sources more than once
  via the applet (either by the entry in the context menu or because the QTimer
  shot again) won't work, it fails to parse the news sources. This works fine
  via DCOP, though. :-?
