- fix for OR evaluation. Make sure to return true immediately if the 
  evaluation of the first branch succeeded, the result was T_BOOL and 
  context.b is true. Don't evaluate the second branch in this case.
  Otherwise queries like
  ((not exist Blah) or (Blah == 'Foo'))
  do not work all, as ParseTreeID::eval bails out on the second term when
  the Blah property does not exist.
