Log Message:
- Skeleton for the KPropsDlgPlugin for text/rdf and text/rss files. Doesn't
  work yet, I even don't know if it compiles at all as the Makefile.am file
  is broken and I don't have the slightest idea on how to fix it.

  Perhaps somebody would be so kind to have a look at it in a spare minute?
