kdeprint fixes - to support more features for page selection.
Apparently, the app is supposed to call setPageSelection( KPrinter::ApplicationSide );
if it handles the page selection itself. Added support for "current page".
I have suggested an improvement in kdeprint so the rest isn't done yet.
