Lots and lots of configurable keyboard accelerators :) Better keyboard
navigation is something people have been requesting for awhile. See
KEYBOARD.TXT for a list of new keys.

Build a kdeinit compatible lib for faster startup.

Small thumbnail reload speed increase (update the statusbar less).
