Log Message:
Changes to the session code to never use cookies and transparent session ids. ID's \
are now manually added to the code, which gives us full control over the code. The \
PHP-generated code was far from XHTML compliant, now the site should be conformant to \
XHTML. Also fixed one othe XHTML-related bug and one typo
