Log Message:
More work on the directory tree stuff. It's now in it's own shared library,
handles D'nd, and can handle either directory only (for the thumbnail viewer),
or files as well (for the file manager mode). It pretty much just needs
sorting and a right click menu. 

Use KDirWatch for the thumbnail manager to see when directory contents have
changed.

There is a new option, -thumbnail or -t, to automatically start up the 
thumbnail manager.
