Log Message:
More work on the directory tree stuff. It's now in it's own shared library,
handles D'nd, and can handle either directory only (for the thumbnail \
viewer), or files as well (for the file manager mode). It pretty much just \
needs sorting and a right click menu. 

Use KDirWatch for the thumbnail manager to see when directory contents have
changed.

There is a new option, -thumbnail or -t, to automatically start up the 
thumbnail manager.
