Log Message:
Fixed: kdevelop crashes if you try to open a project that you don't have
read/write priv for, or if you try to open a file that isn't a project file.
The file must now contain a "kdeprj_version=1.3" config entry before we open
it.
Also privatised cproject vars and removed char* in the method calls.
