It will be kept more or less. The question is whether we will use or own 
version or not.

Well, there a two routes to take. Either we add better buffer support in 
libICE itself or we can add a flow-control mechanism on top of it. 

If we go with the first solution we _have_ to use our own version of libICE, 
which might be a good idea. The second approach will work with any version of 
libICE.

All this will have to happen for KDE 2.2
