I didn't look at textcmd.cpp/h, but JFY: The Qt 3 richtext has now not only 
undo/redo for simple editing (plain text), but undo/redo includes formatting 
information (bold/italic/underline, fonts, alignments, etc). Just if you try 
to implement that - this is quite a hassle...
