Log Message:
Many changes:
- Major code cleanup for the include files; moved them to a separate include/ \
                directory.
- Changed Layout system to follow the WizardPage design: auto-loading from a separate \
                (layouts/) directory
- Added config class for autodetecting the correct directory structure, so nothing \
                needs to be changed before committing
- Cleanup of the initial version check page's code
- Added most error detection and state saving code the application selector. Made a \
start with separating the application list to a dynamically loaded one (was hardcoded \
                into the listbox). Find by package now works, find by keyword not \
                implemented yet.
- Made a start with author (credits) support in the wizard and layout code, not done \
                yet
- Removed many obsolete files and all references to them, merged formwidgets.php with \
the layout code.
