Log Message:
make all dynamic pseudo styles really work. Tested on barons css pages
and blindly approved by Dirk on IRC :)

We still have some crashes with :first-line/letter for some reasons.
Seems like there is some bug in the refcounting of renderstyle objects.
Will investigate in the next days.
