Log Message:
Done most of the layout stuff for the new Bug Report Wizard.

Layout as abstracted in files that are spearate from the contents and \
should be easily extended/changed. Switching to non-html output is not yet \
possible with the current system.

All wizard pages are now separate pages that can be changed and added \
easily, and they allow out-of-order execution of the code. The current \
version does _NOT_ run and is only a demonstration of the new system. Next \
on the todo list is adding the missing code parts to the various process() \
functions and start testing the code.

Small UI changes are likely but the base system shouldn't change much \
anymore.

Do _NOT_ use this as the normal dir, it is definitely still alpha! \
(besides, it even can't send bug reports at all at the moment).
