better erasing of background with new images and changes in views, allocation
of kis_painter pixmap now accounts for layer offset (fixes crash),  drawing
tools now have solid fill option, drawing tools now erase lines drawn onto
canvas with button relese, documentation in kis_view finished, 
removal of unused methods in kis_shell.cc.  Misc. fixes and cleanups.
