Log Message:
- some reformating, I don't use 4-Space Tabs
- made the 8 Bit YUV Image work with DoubleSize.
  (over a hack with an RGB doublesize image, slow but works)
- looses sometime the private colormap, when switching
  fullscreen/doublescreen. I don't care, no one uses 8Bit anyway
