- didn't read any objections against my dcop patch :-)
  Removed the hardcoded kded/knotify/klauncher/etc daemon list in
  the dcopserver and replaced it with a generic daemon mechanism.
  Clients can now call setDaemonMode(bool) to tell the dcopserver that
  they have the status of a daemon process and therefore should not be
  taken into account for the client reference counting used to
  automatically shut down the kde daemons (kdeinit, in particular)
  after a timeout when the client count drops down to zero.
- adapted knotify, kio_uiserver, kded and klauncher to call
  DCOPClient::setDaemonMode( true )
