This allows to run apps that link to KDE-2.0 libraries, under a KDE 2.1
environment. I know, people are supposed to have only one installation
of KDE, and upgrade kdelibs first, but... users do all sorts of things,
and developers too :). Also, there's the theorical case of statically-linked
binaries...
