- Removed hard-coded timeout values.  Now they are configurable though
  the control panel dialog to do this is missing.
  
- Added support for the "Content-Disposition" field.  However, it needs
  a corresponding implementation on khtml side to work correctly.  This
  partially fixes br# 13854.
  
- Fix for br# 13582.  We had a bug report for the same exact thing on
  khtml side.  However, since this issue cannot be fixed in KURL 
  for very good reasons I provided a workaround in kio_http that works
  quite well without breaking anything else.
