* fixes bug in decoderPlugin (missing break if seek occurs in illegal state)
* removed the resize option in the bufferInputStream
* made the fileinput stream thread safe. This was causing the most
  segfaults
* the mpeg video player now exists if the file is closed in unconvienient
  situations
* artsoutputstream handle return values in audioPlay correct
* memory leak in audioData (this was our mem leak)
* memory leak in mpegtoraw (commandPipe not deleted)
* fixes in mpeglayer3 for buggy mp3, but it does not help much
  and still segfaults after some time.(use better encoders)
