* Completely new class tree:
  - Constructs items only on demand
  - has two view modes, by category and by namespace
  - can optionally display full identifier scopes
  - has full identifier scopes as tool tips
  - handles correctly classes with the same name in different namespaces
  - doesn't use static variables
* Moved classparser directory as to lib/sourceinfo.
  It doesn't contain a parser anymore :-)
* Changed naming conventions of sourceinfo classes appropriately
* Changed many char* to QString&. Because of the use of QStrList
  and QDict<ParsedFoo>, there are still countless Unicode
  conversions
* Delete widgets in parts themselves. This is necessary
  because parts may be unloaded before their widgets (which
  are reparented) are destroyed
