* Started to remove the debug output in various files
* Fixes for correct command line options reporting in --help
* removed the "threaded dither" calls in yuvPicture they never existed
* syncClock pure virtual now added syncClockMPEG.cpp/h
* cleanup in mpegStreamPlayer
* bugfix: libutil is not installed anymore
* added dither for flipped RGB images
* cleanup in ditherWrapper
