- fixed javascript crashes for pages w/o bodies
- fixed bug in tokenizer when loading scripts in certain circumstances
- more work on comments, still not fixed properly
- disabled document.open() and document.close() in javascript (causes crashes)
- fixed some problems with tokenizer and document.write() in scripts
- normalize() works from javascript
- fixed a layout problem with empty Text nodes
- only update the page after a script has run (makes some javascript stuff much faster)
