Log Message:
Two bugs down and a new feature was the result of these changes:
1. made it possible to remove applications from the application list by
   either removing the service type from the app's desktop file or, if it's
   not listed there, by setting preference = 0 in profilerc
2. changed the saving of profilerc (new format to allow
   more service types per application and use desktop path instead
   of service name to identify a service)
3. emits changed(true) when anything changes (as a good
   kcm citizen :-)
