Log Message:
Re-enabled configure keys action now that we have a dialog to do it. This
isn't 100% working yet since I only pass along the actions to the mainview
to the dialog and I should be passing along *all* of the actions.

Not that it makes that much of a difference, though.. 99.9% of all actions
are in the mainview anyway.

Until you use this dialog, it's easy to forget that *all* of the bookmarks
are, in fact, actions. Yep, each one of them will appear in the key
configuration dialog :-)

At first, I thought this was kind of irritating and was thinking how we
could disable this.. but the more I thought about it, the more it made
sense. The bookmarks *are* actions and they deserve a chance to have
a keyboard accel. For instance, I assigned "S" as the shortcut for
Slashdot.. now, I all I have to do to go there is press "S". Hehe.. :-)
